All Councillors are summoned to a meeting of Helmdon Parish Council to be held in the Reading Room, Church Street, Helmdon on Thursday 5 August 2021 at 7:30pm.
Members of the public and press are welcome to attend this meeting. All attendees must observe social distancing guidelines.

The next full meeting of the Parish Council will be this Wednesday, 7:30pm at the Reading Room. We have a full agenda during which the Council will be co-opting the Councillor vacancy, reviewing the applications for the 2021 Small Village Grants and considering a request to plant a tree on the green on Station Road.

This year's Small Village Grants Scheme from the Parish Council is now open - there are grants of up to £250 available to village group/clubs/endeavours. The 2021 Grant Awarding Policy is attached - it contains the details of who can apply and how, along with the application form.
