Blackpits are hosting a compost give-away day at Helmdon Compost Site on Saturday 8 April 2023 between 08:00 – 12:00 only.
To make sure there is enough for everyone, residents will be restricted to 5 bags/buckets each. No trailers please. Bring your own bags/buckets and shovels for loading.

The compost will be stacked on the compost pad next to the weighbridge. Please pull your car onto the pad and off the access road so as not to block the weighbridge as the site will be operational at the time.

Please don't turn up on days other than the Saturday please, as these will be normal working days and the site will not be able to accommodate members of the public for health and safety reasons.
