The sooner you can do this the better as it will help Material Change determine the source of the odour and take remedial action - past experience has shown that they do take notice of complaints and are keen to address issues when they are notified.
Please note that the information you supply in this form will be sent to Helmdon Parish Council, the chair of the Blackpits Monitoring Group, Material Change, and the Environment Agency. Please do not share any information that you would not be happy going to those places.
