A Community Bus Service Ability Bus is available to Helmdon residents. It offers a standard service free of charge for passengers holding a concessionary bus pass. As at July 2022, trips offered are:
Every Wednesday:
- Helmdon to Brackley – approx. pick up time 09:30
- Brackley to Helmdon – approx. return time 12:30
1st Wednesday of each month:
- Helmdon to Banbury – approx. pick up time 10:00-10:15
- Banbury to Helmdon – approx. return time 13:45-14:00
Notes:
- Additional services are available (for an annual fee) for those requiring assistance.
- Standard fares are payable for those without a concessionary bus pass.
